Shipping & Returns
Orders are dispatched approximately 2-7 business days after order is placed. Please make a note of our Out of Stock Policy at checkout.
We offer exchanges for items. To be eligible for an exchange:
Tri State Graphics must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods that item(s) need to be exchanged.
Item(s) must be in or with the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
Item(s) can only be exchanged for new items of equal or lesser value.
Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
Item(s) are not custom printed^ or custom order items*.
The cost of postage of the item from you to us and the new item sent to you will be solely your responsibility unless the item is faulty (see Returns below).
We offer returns on faulty items only. To be eligible for a return:
Tri State Graphics has been notified within 14 days of receiving the goods that item(s) need to be returned.
Item(s) are faulty
There is a printing quality error**
The cost of postage of faulty items to us and new items sent to you will be covered by us.
Items are not eligable for return if they have been worn or damaged by misuse of product in a way which caused the problem.
^A custom printed order is an item that has been printed/decorated is any form. This can come in the form of clothing, promotional goods or accessories with a custom print or embellishment adhered to us by us at your request. This excludes school uniforms.
*A custom order item refers to an item that is not stocked in our showroom and not available on our website for sale that has been ordered from a supplier by us for you.
**Any and all faulty goods/printing quality issues will be assessed by Tri State Graphics before a refund/exchange is provided. Whether a refund or exchange is given, is to the discretion of Tri State Graphics.
