Screen printing is a great process for larger orders of printed t-shirts (10+) and larger designs. Screen-printed t-shirts wash well and can maintain the print quality for some time. Most printing you see in the High Street shops will have been printed this way. Screen printing is ideal for school graduation garments, sporting uniforms, signage and vinyl decals. With our fully automated printing machine large print runs are no problem.
Plastisol Inks are our standard Screen Printing inks used on textiles such as clothing. These inks are mixed according to the PMS (Pantone Matching System) which allows us to closely match business or club colours with ease. We can easily print on cotton or polyester fabrics with multiple colours at large quantities. We also have a small assortment of Metallic Plastisol Inks available at special request.
Screen Printed Transfers
With the use of these Plastisol Inks, we also have th ability to create Screen Printed Transfers. As we can't print directly onto round or curved materials, we can create a Screen Printed Transfer which can be then heat pressed to an array of materials such as hats and bags for a more permanent result similar to flex transfers.
